HEAD OF RISK SPAIN & EUROPEAN OPERATIONS SUPPORT

The role carried a broad strategic and leadership mandate, including:

• Responsibility for the development and positioning of the Risk Management function

• Support to Risk Management operations and client engagements across European markets

• Leadership of complex projects in credit risk, capital, liquidity and risk governance

• Oversight of initiatives related to internal models (PD, LGD, EAD), ICAAP / ILAAP, stress testing and ALM

• Senior-level interaction with financial institutions and regulatory stakeholders at local and European level

• Building, mentoring and developing specialised Risk and quantitative teams
