JOB DESCRIPTION
HEAD OF RISK SPAIN & EUROPEAN OPERATIONS SUPPORT
The role carried a broad strategic and leadership mandate, including:
Responsibility for the development and positioning of the Risk Management function
Support to Risk Management operations and client engagements across European markets
Leadership of complex projects in credit risk, capital, liquidity and risk governance
Oversight of initiatives related to internal models (PD, LGD, EAD), ICAAP / ILAAP, stress testing and ALM
Senior-level interaction with financial institutions and regulatory stakeholders at local and European level
Building, mentoring and developing specialised Risk and quantitative teams
Active contribution to international growth and expansion strategy
